Which ninja? You are in the AI Ninja door Take the HI Ninja door
Rick Tew · The Digital Dojo

An online booking system for your small business. Built and hosted for you.

For owners who want customers to book without the back and forth, and have no time to learn another app. People book you without an account or email ping-pong. Booking reminders go out by email. I build it on your own domain, host it and keep it running. Nothing for you to log into.

How it goes

Four steps. No call needed to start.

1

The Intake

You fill in the sheet: buttons, your own words, a voice note or a short video of how the work runs today.

2

One page, in writing

I send back what the $222 builds, what it does not, and when. You say yes or you say change it.

3

I build it

On my stack, from parts already running in my own businesses. You see it as it takes shape.

4

It goes live, and stays live

Your domain points at it.

What it does

Booked and reminded. No back and forth.

I only build for you what I already run. The $222 builds the first version of one thing: a website of a handful of pages with a contact or booking form, or a small app with one job. Bigger builds are quoted separately, and the hosting price does not change.

No account to make

People book you without an account or email ping-pong.

Reminders by email

Booking reminders go out by email.

Reschedules and cancels

Reminders, reschedules and cancels handle themselves. It ran my gym while I taught the classes.

Booked by email

A guest emails "book me Tuesday at two" and it becomes a real booking, labelled so a person can check it.

It knows the room

At my spa it also knows the furniture: three foot chairs, two beds, one mat, and each therapist's call-in notice, so it only offers a slot the room can actually hold.

Groups and deposits

Birthday parties and school groups with a deposit, an approval step and a confirmation mail.

What the hosting covers, on the R2 Hosting page

Why it lives on my stack

You get the result. I keep the plumbing.

Nothing to log into

No hosting dashboard, no database console, no certificate to renew, no password to keep somewhere safe. When something needs changing, you tell me.

No bug is yours to fix

Something breaks? It is my stack, so I fix it. You never open the code, and you never have to learn to.

One person, one bill

No card approvals for six services, no registrar settings to hunt for, no "which account was that in". One invoice, and one person who built it and runs it.

Running today: SabaiSen.com

Online booking, POS, member cards, CRM, reports. On R2 Hosting since August 2026.

What is yours, always: your domain, your content and your data. They leave with you if you go.

Two plans

Two plans. One flat bill each.

Basic plan

R2 Hosting

$222 to build

Then $99 a month, or $999 a year. Your website or small app, with the forms that bring work in. Built, hosted and kept running by me. Nothing for you to log into.

Full plan

Your Dojo

$2,222 / month, flat

All of that, plus your admin handled as a service. I manage the AI ninjas that draft every reply and file every payment. Your team checks it and presses send. Any number of people. The AI is in the price.

The free look first. Monthly, cancel anytime, effective at the end of the paid month.

Not in the price: ad spend, and software your business already pays for on its own.

Questions

The ones I get asked.

What does $222 actually build?

The first version of one thing: a website of a handful of pages with a contact or booking form, or a small app with one job. It is scoped on one page before I start, and that page is the deal. Bigger builds are quoted separately, and the hosting price does not change.

Does it replace the apps I already pay for?

Not by default. It works alongside what you already use, like your booking app or your till. The free look maps what connects to them, and whether anything is worth replacing. Guest messages from Booking.com, Agoda or Airbnb arrive as email, and the Front Desk drafts replies to them like any other mail.

Do I have to manage any of the tech?

No. Both plans are built on my stack and stay there: the hosting, the database, the mail plumbing, every setting that holds it together. It is the same stack my own businesses and my clients' run on, and it is why the price is flat. For you that means no dashboard, no console, no certificate to renew, no password to keep somewhere safe, and no bug that is yours to fix. When something needs changing, you tell me. Yours, always: your domain, your content and your data.

How do I pay?

Two invoices to begin: the $222 build, paid once when the scope is agreed, which includes your first month of hosting. Then the hosting bill, monthly or yearly, starting the month after, by mail with a card payment link and a PDF. Both live installs also see their bills inside their own app, with a paid archive.

Can I cancel?

Anytime. Cancelling takes effect at the end of the paid month, or on a yearly R2 Hosting plan at the end of the paid year. Everything runs on my stack, so there is nothing to hand back or log out of. Your domain, your content and your data leave with you, and I do not keep a copy. The build and the hosting end with the subscription, and nothing is charged after.

Ready? Fill in The Intake.

Buttons, your own words, a voice note. It asks more of your time up front and it is what gets the build going faster.
