No call to book, no deposit before the scope is written. The intake takes 20 to 40 minutes and a plan comes back.
The build
The first version of your site or small app, built from parts that already run in my own businesses. Scoped on one page, in writing, before I start. Anything beyond that page is quoted, never a surprise.
Paid once, when the scope is agreed. It includes your first month of hosting.
Hosting and upkeep
Hosting on a global edge network, your domain and DNS, SSL, firewall, spam defense, daily backups, monitoring and updates. Somebody watching it who built it.
Starts the month after the build. Cancel any time, effective at the end of the paid month. All sales are final. No refunds.
The same, paid once a year
Twelve months of hosting and upkeep for the price of about ten. One invoice, one payment, no monthly card charge to think about.
Saves $189 against twelve monthly payments.
Three numbers and that is the whole price list. Ad spend, and any software you already pay for on your own, stay on your bill.
Far more than a server. Everything under the site.

The back office, if you have one
A dashboard for the team: bookings, customers, quotes, reports, whatever your build included.
Company email on your domain
Mail delivery on your own domain, up to 5,000 sends a month, spam defense, mail storage. A shared inbox with tickets and saved replies where the build included one.
User accounts and access
Staff sign-in, roles, who sees which tab. Adding and removing a person is part of upkeep.
Infrastructure and security
Hosting on a global edge network, domain and DNS, SSL, firewall (WAF), daily backups, monitoring.
Updates and upkeep
The platform underneath moves every month. I move your site with it, before it breaks, not after.
What is not in the $99: new features. Upkeep keeps what you have running; a new page, a new form, a new report is quoted and billed separately, in writing first. Paid ads and ad spend are never in it. And an AI workforce for the admin is a different offer, Your Dojo, on the AI Ninja page.
You get the result. I keep the plumbing.
Every plan on this site, R2 Hosting and Your Dojo, is built on my stack and stays there: the hosting, the app stack, the database, the mail plumbing and every setting that holds it together. It is the same stack my own businesses and my clients' run on, and it is the reason the price is what it is.
Nothing to log into
No hosting dashboard, no database console, no certificate to renew, no password to keep somewhere safe. When something needs changing, you tell me.
No bug is yours to fix
Something breaks? It is my stack, so I fix it. You never open the code, and you never have to learn to.
No back end to manage
Updates, backups, the platform moving underneath: handled before it breaks, not after. Most owners, even with AI at hand, do not want to jump into their tech to change a page. You never have to.
One person, one bill
No card approvals for six services, no registrar settings to hunt for, no "which account was that in". One invoice, and one person who built it and runs it.
What is yours, always: your domain, your content and your data. They leave with you if you go. Want the build inside your own accounts instead, as a thing you own outright? That is a custom job, quoted in writing, and it costs more: every login, registrar setting and card approval on your side is an hour of the build.

What does $222 actually build?
The first version of one thing: a website of a handful of pages with a contact or booking form, or a small app with one job. It is scoped on one page before I start, and that page is the deal. Bigger builds are quoted separately, and the hosting price does not change.
Whose name is the site in?
The domain is yours and stays yours. The hosting runs on my accounts, which is the whole point: no logins to share, nothing for you to renew. If you ever want to leave, you keep your domain and your content.
Do I have to talk to you first?
No. The Intake replaces the first back and forth: twenty to forty minutes of buttons, your own words, and a voice note or a short video of how the work runs today. A plan comes back. If a call is the faster way after that, it is a custom step, agreed in writing.
How do I pay?
Two invoices to begin: the $222 build, paid once when the scope is agreed, which includes your first month of hosting. Then the hosting bill, monthly or yearly, starting the month after, by mail with a card payment link and a PDF. Both live installs also see their bills inside their own app, with a paid archive.
Can I cancel?
Yes, any time. Monthly ends at the end of the paid month; yearly runs to the end of the paid year. All sales are final, so nothing already paid is refunded. The domain and the content are yours.
Is this the Dojo?
It is the entry door to it. Your Dojo, on the AI Ninja page, is an AI workforce built for a business: I build it, host it and help you run it. R2 Hosting is smaller: the site or app, hosted and kept running. Many will only ever need this one.
