Every plan on this site, R2 Hosting and Your Dojo, is built on my stack and stays there: the hosting, the app stack, the database, the mail plumbing and every setting that holds it together. It is the same stack my own businesses and my clients' run on, and it is the reason the price is what it is.
No hosting dashboard, no database console, no certificate to renew, no password to keep somewhere safe. When something needs changing, you tell me.
Something breaks? It is my stack, so I fix it. You never open the code, and you never have to learn to.

Start small and grow: an R2 site can become the front door of a Dojo later. Nothing is thrown away. Want the whole day run for you, or something bigger than one Dojo? That is a custom price, and we talk first.
The first version of one thing: a website of a handful of pages with a contact or booking form, or a small app with one job. It is scoped on one page before I start, and that page is the deal. Bigger builds are quoted separately, and the hosting price does not change.
The domain is yours and stays yours. The hosting runs on my accounts, which is the whole point: no logins to share, nothing for you to renew. If you ever want to leave, you keep your domain and your content.
No. The Intake replaces the first back and forth: twenty to forty minutes of buttons, your own words, and a voice note or a short video of how the work runs today. A plan comes back. If a call is the faster way after that, I will say so.
