Achieving Combined Excellence

A workbook to find and use your strengths

SKU WIN-ACE-ACHIEVING-EXCELLENCE

Not sure what you are good at?

The whole is always stronger and more powerful than any individual part.

Find your strengths and put them together, the way your fingers and thumb make a fist. Five steps, the method behind each one, and the sheet.

Try it: pick up a pen without your thumb. Not so easy, is it?

What does ACE stand for?

Achieving Combined Excellence. The thumb stands for it: achievement, synergy (your combined parts) and a thumbs up attitude, together.

What if I cannot name a strength?

Ask what you do well without trying hard, or what people come to you for. Look at work, home, fun and the hard times you turned around.

Should I ignore my weak spots?

No. Everyone has weak spots. Keep your strengths at the front, and ask someone who is good at it to help.
